Fourthwall has created a product and platform that adds immense value for creators. From the creators I manage day to day, I can see and feel the impact and how much it means to them. Super fun and exciting to be part of. Everyone on the team has the same main goal in mind - creators, creators creators. Every decision we make starts with the question: "Does this benefit creators?" Communication, even working remote, is top notch. Transparency within the company ab out company health, things that go wrong and things that go right is better than any company I've worked for.

Lots of extra manual work is necessary to emulate our longterm vision of the platform for the short term, so be ready for the start-up life. The health and dental benefits (in the US office) are so-so.

I have been able to shape the company from the very beginning, working with experts with a lot of experience in programming, design, and product development. Daily work with these people motivates me to develop further my skills. Each of the team members is a co-owner, everyone feels responsible for part of Fourthwall.

With great possibilities comes a lot of responsibility. Working in a large corporation would certainly be more relaxing :).
