Pros

Having worked in a similar role on a self employed basis for almost 20 years I have encountered many companies in the property industry. None have the uncompromising standards, when dealing with clients and simply to be the best at what they do, of Fourwalls. Each of my colleagues is an expert at what they do and the whole team has the passion, creativity and energy to provide above and beyond what every client is after. Fourwalls is a breath of fresh air in the property marketing world and it is a true pleasure to work for such a dynamic team that is lead from the top, by example, encouraging a 100% client satisfaction record. The whole company works under a “quality over quantity” ethos, allowing the creatives the time to achieve their potential and produce their best work for their clients. This is how a company should be run and is testament to their B Corp status and their 37 years as the Prime Property Marketing Company, which others can only attempt to emulate. As with all aspects of property marketing there is a busy season and a quieter season. Management actively encourage employees to make the most of the down time as the exciting times will come! Yes, you need to work hard but if you want passion, motivation and satisfaction out of your job the this is the place to come!

Cons

Just wish I’d started working for Fourwalls sooner!

Pros

A great company to be part of with colleagues that encourage creativity and passion. Great connections and relationships made even while working remotely which is rare to find. Can be good opportunity for progression if you want it and full in-house training which gives young photographers a fantastic start to their photography career. Have the chance to work at some of the most beautiful properties.

Cons

The technical side of the job can be overbearing, particularly EPC's. Work/life balance can be tricky during peak season, although understand it is a seasonal job. Lots of driving, lack of breaks and long days can quickly take its toll.
