Pros
Fourwalls is a great company to work for with plenty of positives. I’ve never worked somewhere where the CEO is so personable and approachable and this is fluent across the business - a wonderful support network despite the fact that many of us are lone workers. Great incentive schemes, bonuses, healthcare, general flexibility that you wouldn’t get in many other jobs and opportunity for progression if you’re willing to put in the work. A chance to work with likeminded people at an expanding, exciting company who really care for their employees.

No cons, although work-life balance can often be tricky if you don’t set boundaries.
