Pros

Fox employees get nice benefits.

Cons

This is regarding a particular production company associated with Fox Networks Group. The CEO seems only concerned with spending all of the money Fox gave her so that she may truly enjoy her vacations and expensive lifestyle. I was on an executive track at the division of Fox I was at just before; in my interview here, I was promised an executive position and after accepting the position, I was extremely disappointed to find I would be in an assistant role in a cubicle and hardly given any responsibility except answering phones, scheduling meetings, as well as grunt work like breaking down boxes and handing the high and mighty "brilliant" executives their lunches. This is not what I went to school and trained for. Every time I asked my incompetent supervisor to give me REAL work to do, I was given the brushoff. Meanwhile said supervisor was constantly receiving complaints about how slow he was to get his work done and how awkward and downright rude he was to people. The environment was highly toxic, mainly due to the CEO's way of treating employees as if they should constantly fear her wrath. The poor assistants are treated like second class citizens, expected to work late and through the holidays while the big shot executives enjoy their expensive vacations. I was fired unjustly; in fact I was asked to sign an agreement attesting to the fact that I would not sue them. The CEO likes to fire someone every month or two in order to make examples of people who speak up for themselves, question their idiotic, backwards ways of doing things, or are smarter and more competent than she'd prefer, continuing her reign of fear. I was actually happy to be put out of my misery and within two weeks, I was hired in a REAL executive position with a prominent studio, making a lot more money and with my own office, instead of out in the open with all of the "lowly" assistants. Worked out great for me!. Do some research, find out what this company is and STEER CLEAR. Hardly anyone has even heard of them and my guess is they will be shut down in another year or so. The CEO would probably be thrilled with that result since she's already taken the money and run.
