Pros
- Full and total company transparency - Best benefits (health + 401K) - Ability to grow at any level 5 weeks in and I feel part of a family - surprising for a company this large. Overall I feel very accommodated with TFK/FRC in many, many ways. The training process is extremely thorough and nourishing. The amount of resources available to any given team member is exceptional and plentiful.
