Too many hours not enough balance

Pros? I’m not sure that there are any sadly.

They get your pay wrong. Long working hours which are expected and beyond. If you don’t fit in then you won’t get a promotion. No support from above , when you ask for it you get made to feel like a problem. Racism and sexism in all offices which are made to feel completely normal.
