      good colleagues, good environment, compensation ok, some managements are good. If it is possible, I will stay here for long.

      Very friendly environment. People are willing to help and teach you if you do not know or understand. Great learning environment.

      Cons

      Primary language here is Mandarin. Even though most people can speak English, most here prefer Mandarin rather than English.
