Pros
Friendly and helpful co-workers. Clean work environment. Great job to start because you would get paid way more than the people that have been there for more than 10 years. Definitely not a place to retire in. Taking days off and vacation time are great.
Cons
There insurance is super expensive. Shop floor employees get 10 minute breaks. If you work in the office you can take way more break time, because no one is watching over you or counting your 10 minutes. Advice take your 10 minutes elsewhere not in the lunch room. Favoritism is a big issue. Parking is a big issue, you have to park across the street. Raises are a few cents every year, unless you work directly with the big bosses . Even though the company is winning much more every time.
