-The culture within the company is terrible -Communication between departments is disconnected -Employee reviews are degrading to most (favoritism is evident) -Most management lacks interests in supporting their employees -Some management can be very disrespectful and self-centered -Skilled long-term foreign employees are paid less than new incoming and less skilled employees
