      Pioneers in the CFS industry Global operations which provides opportunities for employees to interact with the international customers and colleagues

      Cons

      With the exception of a few senior leaders the company is run poorly. It has underinvested in product development, marketing, quality control for many years and is trying to play catch up CEO is an industry veteran but has reached his ceiling in the ability to develop the business for scale

      None come to mind really

      Cons

      I would give 0 stars if possible. No leadership. They have no idea what they are doing. On top of that company is struggling financially so they keep “eliminating positions” to hire cheap labor even if they are not qualified. They keep dumping responsibilities on the few left even when they weren't hired for that. Don’t listen to employees. AVOID at all cost. Company will be out of business soon.
