I love the opportunities that are possible at Francini Inc. I feel like I've been able to grow and develop professionally and really create a work environment that I can thrive in. The management team has real passion for what they do and that carries through to all of the employees.

I believe some of the business practices at the Corporate level could be updated to be more efficient.
