      Great pay, management, experience, and opportunities are limitless. In addition, eligibility for a raise occurs once a year, and is based on your performance.

      Cons

      I don't have much to say that is negative. The only thing that I can possibly think about, is that they could have a better pto package.

      Pros

      Work environment among team members is supportive and helpful with managers being great mentors.

      Cons

      Drastic culture shift in the last year due to upper management mismanagement. Removed bonus compensation, and busy season meal stipend. Large push for in office presence, but loss of community in the firm.
