      Small environment. Owner cares about his employees. Trucks aren’t new, but maintains them well. Flexible hours as much and as little over time as you want. Ability to rise within and be promoted.

      Sometimes schedules aren’t easy to predict, depending on how many orders come in

      owner is nice. but aloof as hell.

      Cons

      not an actual general contractor. can't manage a project to save his life. if he says he's subcontracting labor out, he's lying, while still charging you a finder's fee.
