Poor management and culture - HR Frasers Property Employee Review

Very poor management, toxic HR environment and lacks integrity. The people and culture do not even interact with the HR team and only cares about managing upwards. The company across all departments inside out is in a mess. HR has got the highest attrition with constant mass resignation. Talent acquisition discriminates and speaks inappropriately. Thai family business tends to be very old school and not ready for current market.
