Bad Leadership - Anonymous employee Frazier History Museum Employee Review

Leadership runs fear based culture and does not support employees. Everyone is afraid to speak up or ask questions. People get screamed at and blamed. A lot of finger pointing rather than solution seeking. Not much transparency or information sharing between leadership and employees. Very siloed departments.
