Pros

Family feel to work place. Owners are very approachable and genuine. Flexible work schedule. Great at recognizing employees. Free lunch brought in monthly to reward employees for their effort. Monthly meeting to recognize employees that went above and beyond their expected responsibilities.

Cons

Need a little more job training for new employees and those who have been promoted to a new position in the company.

Pros

nice coworkers and got to work on packaging and collab with designers

Cons

Terrible management, mass firings and layoffs, unethical middle managers, HR uncooperative - would not verify current or previous employment - which hindered people getting mortgages and jobs. Harassment by mktg mgr and HR woman.
