Great work environment - Universalist Banker Freedom First Credit Union Employee Review

The branch you works at really determines the cons in my opinion. There are several great branches and departments to work on and great managers to work with. However, in my experience being at different branches there is one in particular that the vp of that branch had no issues yelling at her employees, speaking to them to make them feel degraded and several left in tears. When instead they could have spoken to the employees in a professional manner and probably resolved whatever the issues and wouldn't have such a high turn over rate. Also, no Christmas bonuses.
