Pros
Everyone below the level of Director is carrying the organization and are subjected to abuse by HR and one Senior Exec who has no idea how to communicate openly; dictates and is an over glorified copy editor whose paid over $175k
Cons
Senior VPs - toxic, along with HR - they have no sense of what the programs do, and they do not know ethics. They allow abusive managers to remain employed and they are not above letting the abusive to enter into the area of retaliation and complicity. Execs, mainly one Senior Level VP walks out of meetings, is hostile and is a bureaucrat who acts as a buffer between staff and the new President. Rather than openness, she allows for zero dialogue and works behind the scenes to undermine the work of those beneath her. The new President has no idea how abusive his senior staff is and has been to the point of the use of the position as a bully pulpit - dishonest, unethical and no transparency.
