Pros

Great coworkers, most of which are very open to sharing their knowledge and helping you develop your skills. Quickly growing company with no signs of slowing down allows for working on projects that have a real impact on the business. Management teams encourage creativity and give you the freedom to implement your own ideas while providing guidance when needed or requested. Definitely a result-oriented management style. New office in a lively location with rooftop patio, right next to UCLA, with employee parking passes for all staff (goes a long way in this area). Team knows how to party as hard as they can work, very solid!

Cons

Traffic to and from is what you would expect in LA. The kitchen can get a little messy at times.

Pros

Worked here as an intern and it is a good place to work at. It gives you good exposure to work with the actual product

Cons

No cons from my side. I had a good experience working there.

Pros

Working at FreedomPop can provide individuals with the opportunity to grow within the workforce and gain experience to master skills. I have been with FreedomPop for over a year and have been able to develop skills and learn different traits. Since working for a startup requires the assistance of every employee to wear many hats has allowed myself the chance to embrace a challenge and gain the confidence to grow as the company continues to expand. The environment itself could be better improved, however I do enjoy the humor and team atmosphere that is present across the board within the office.

Cons

As previously stated, the startup environment does require employees to wear many hats but there could be a better way of showing the appreciation for those who work above and beyond. Compensation should be handled differently in which raises are laughable at times. The fact that we have to use our personal computers is a major con in my opinion but hey some might view that as a pro since being familiar with your own computer can be useful. I would also have listed the office workplace itself as a con but am aware that changes are in the works and will have a presentable office and hope to have a space to call my own.
