Pros
The company is growing and evolving. Investing in technology and design thinking and processes to stay ahead of the game.
Cons
They have the usual benefits but a lot of time it felt like employees were as valued as they should be. The HQ and most of the leadership is based in Texas so they a lot of times don't have the pulse on how culture and expectations change in different areas like the Bay Area. A lot of time it feels very rigid and corporate mentality and a more loose and creative approach to solving problems.
