We really appreciate the need for strong technical leadership for us to achieve our ambition of getting everyone investing. We’re on the hunt for the right CTO to join Freetrade, and we don’t want to compromise on our expectations. We also already have a strong group of Directors across Engineering and Product who are driving our platform forward in both the UK and Sweden.
In regards to our ways of working, we made this decision to ensure continued high performance and delivery across all teams at Freetrade. As a young business with ambitious growth targets, hybrid working is our preferred method to ensure we continue to build a generational investing platform. Our new ways of working that continue to embrace hybrid working were recently articulated to colleagues, and we are excited to have people collaborating and working together in our nice offices.
Regarding the top-down feature requests, I want to assure you that this is not the culture of the business. We want people who are keen to make an impact at every level, and we always listen to our staff and customers about new product ideas.
