Nothing they will treat you without respect

Full of promises they always confront you in any type of mistake the app one people are in a different page than the managers and managers are in a different page with the agents. You can't be sick they will get mad if you can't come in to work. They harass you. Oh THEY SAY THEY HAVE A LOT OF MONEY! But you will get paid MINIMUM WAGE
