- Small team, hence lots of responsibility early on (and lots of insight into all aspects of each project) - Incredible deal flow - Excellent advancement opportunities - Variety of training opportunities (books, courses, and travelling will be paid for) - Proactivity is asked for and will be rewarded - Good compensation (very performance based though)

- Working hours were tough at times (management implemented measures to improve WLB though) - Feedback/tone can sometimes be a bit 'rough'. Depends on personal preference what you think of it
