Pros
Great team, people and most managers. The good managers care about everyone and others just about themselves. You can tell that the company really cares about it's people.
Cons
Some managers and staff act like they work, but have not worked a 40 hour week in years. Thank god there are other mangers and staff that pick up the slack and set an example that carries the team. Politics and favoritism seems to rule here.
