Cons
MyChelle (now part of French Transit) used to be a great place to work. It was led by talented, strong women...and then French Transit/Juggernaut Capital Partners acquired the brand. An unqualified, egotistical CEO was put in charge and he has since found any excuse to get rid of almost every intelligent woman and put other unqualified men in their place. Unless you are a man, your input and advice are disregarded and when you raise a red flag about a project, you're told to stop paying so much attention to the details. Those ‘details’ eventually cause major issues and you will not only be blamed for said issues, but also expected to clean up the mess. French Transit leadership did not put processes in place after the acquisition, so the employees are in a constant state of confusion around business objectives and operations. HR does nothing to help mediate unhealthy situations and instead, tells you to find another job if you don’t agree with the CEO's unacceptable behavior. They will try to paint a rosy picture for you in the interview (a dog-friendly office! pizza parties!), but don’t be fooled. They will pay you far below the average and will expect you to do the work of the several people that they recently fired. Oh, and the CEO writes fake reviews on the Crystal Deodorant and Luster Premium White websites for the products that he personally pushed into production.
