      Worked on many different sites throughout the Pilbara. Got opportunities to move into bigger cranes.

      Cons

      Abit of behind the back stuff which is pretty common with crane operators in my experience.

      Pros

      My immediate manager - but he left as the organisation imploded.

      Cons

      40% turnover. Massive restructuring underway - they claim they’ve finished making people redundant but just continue. No security, not even for roles they claim are critical.
