      Excellent start-up like environment. Senior leadership open to new ways of thinking. Love the perks of the office!

      Pros

      The people are incredibly bright and experienced. A lot of them came from established agencies, Fortune500 companies and technology start-ups. It's an eclectic mix of skills, and everyone works well together.

      Cons

      More senior leaders work long hours, but this is true of most agencies.
