Too much work for the average or even excellent worker. You must be willing to work 16-18 hours per day to keep up. Project Managers handle 10+ projects simultaneously. Solutions Architects handle 5+ projects simultaneously. It is not possible to do that much context switching, and keep up with all the communication, the updates to DevOps, the hands-on work, the architecture, the delivery, the meetings, etc. in a normal work day.
