Pros
They are offering permanent remote work to work from anywhere in India which is a very good things as it's provides flexibility. I got to work on Java/PHP latest technologies. Less people know that it is an MNC (Multinational Company) in Lucknow and it's head office in Montreal , Canada. You get to work with amazing team both onshore in India and offshore in US,Canada, Britain, Australia as well which is very great ,I got to make a lot of new friends in the company and also they are very very technically sharp whether in PHP/Java and RPG.
Cons
Project gets delayed a lot in Databorough(Fresche) India due to change in client side which is frustrating for the developers sometimes , you will feel the project crunch is there ,sometime you will feel that management is somewhat rigid not most time but definitely sometime. They work on old technologies like IBMi, RPG, RPG-Free which is very secure and good and but the world is moving to Python , machine learning and data science . Although Java and PHP project is there but you might get disappointed if you are looking for work in python.
