It's a fast paced environment with everyone needing to contribute and pull their weight, which I love. The company is rapidly growing and the future is bright!

If you don't like a fast-paced start-up environment, you're not going to be happy here. You have to be a go-getter and willing to identify and tackle problems, so if you're not comfortable with that you won't enjoy working at Fresh.
