Really good at sweet talking and creating a facade that they are a great place to work. Amazing Acting and Stage decoration skills of "top management" to trap the prospective employees.
Cons
The list is endless but to highlight a few, false information about the transparency and support. tedious selection process and no regard for employee experience level as they only deal with freshers or college students, they believe that even industry professionals need to be treated the same #norespect. false information about the company culture as they send you a culture dox but that is only to take more work out of you, not really to fit in the company. Deceiving promises and welcoming acts of everyone at the company but they are just waiting to back stab and put immense pressure from day 1 (I am not kidding or exaggerating its true, they want you to learn and perform from day 1 i.e. joining day) Non trustworthy team and management. Do not join this place if you care about your well being (physical, mental and emotional)
