Pros
I joined FP as an intern (it's my third internship) and I absolutely love the culture, it's what made me convert to full-time. Most of the time, it doesn't even feel like work and the best part is that everyone works from home :) Everyone lives by the principles laid out to us during onboarding and overall, a very fun experience!
Cons
Biggest con is that I don't get to see any workmates since it's a fully work from home setup :/ I'm happy that they arrange a meet-up once or twice a year!
