Cons
Despite the fact the plant team makes the business possible,management and corporate give no support to them or give them any voice in planning. Corporate has parties upstairs in open area locked off from plant employees who are not allowed to intend, but they get to look up at corporate employees getting drunk like a feudal caste system. Senior management immune to disciplinary actions and are not held accountable for their poor decisions and bad leadership.
