FreshDirect is an exciting place to learn and grow. It's very fast-paced and there's always something new going on, so if you want to learn about a lot of different aspects of the business, there's opportunity to pick up a lot of skills.
Cons
Because the pace is so fast, there's a lot of pressure to get things done quickly, so necessary maintenance tasks may fall behind. Work-life balance is often tough, and people tend to be rewarded for "going the extra mile" or saving the day during an emergency rather than just doing consistently great work.
