Pros
Great benefits and a good experience working in the community.Doctors provide excellent care for the patients and focus on improvement measures.
Cons
EMR moves extremely slow.There is a lack of education and training programs for staff. Staff needs improvement with basic customer service skills "greeting" often rude to patients and fellow co workers. Leadership does not exist, no accountability, no rules in place, staff is often late and leave early. "Come and go as you please attitudes"
