they are very nice and patient

none they are great people

The pro at one time was the competitive pay. Lots of work to be done so there is never a moment for downtime

However, the company can’t manage money well and because of this they can’t afford employee competitive pay and the environment is unsafe (high crime area) and the internal culture is toxic and chaotic. The CFO is extremely disrespectful to women and African American subordinates. The CFO hasn’t been effective in managing or securing additional funding or the staff.
