Pros

There are a few kind people who work there.

Cons

Working at Frith, Anderson, and Peake was by far the worst employment experience I have ever had. At the beginning, you are provided with some “training”, which is mostly basic office skills. However, when you are “trained” on something, the other legal assistants tell you not to worry about it because you are being “trained” improperly. Once you complete “training”, you are left with no knowledge of how to complete tasks such as creating specific legal documents. The attorneys are less than helpful and often talk down to employees. Often times, employees are brought into their offices and are scolded or talked down to in front of the paralegals. Management’s advice is to stay in late and come in early to prevent being talked down to. Additionally, if legal assistants attempt to create a document, they have never done before, they would get scolded due to the attorney having to review it. The legal assistants are told that it is not the attorney’s job to ensure that documents are correct. They only want documents that are correct even if you are unsure how to create them. The office is very inconsistent and each person does things differently. There is also very little flexibility with the schedule and the office is dead silent. It’s as if staff is terrified to speak to each other.
