There is decent management, flexible hours, very active, and the pay is pretty good for the area.
Cons
Your weekly schedule can randomly change, there are no benefits for part-timers, and this is a job that will be hard on your body. Those who have a college degree still aren't promoted from within, they will outside hire almost every time.
