I read the other comments and it seems that some people out of some personal ambitions are writing imaginary things about this person... If you want to know how everything really is, just come here and see with your eyes, meet the CEO, talk to the people who have been with him for more than a couple of years, you'll know the truth. Here you are given fantastic opportunities to grow, provided you're not lazy, you're smart, hardworking and really dedicated. I personally witnessed CEO really caring about the employees and in some cases even going beyond to help them in areas which are not connected to work... More than that, the culture of honesty is there, and you can literally come into the cabin of CEO or any senior leader and tell what bothers you - of course, just do it in a constructive way. You will be heard. 4. Great leadership team, you can learn a lot from them 5. No politics - which is a rarity nowadays...
