Pros
Onboarding process was very clear with a timeline and goals, as well as a sweet welcome gift with branded merchandise. Communication with the team is good so far, remote tools are well thought out. Not sure about development opportunities and promotions yet but commission structure is clear at least. Benefits are suprisingly generous.
Cons
Remote only has pros and cons, there are no other team members within 100 miles, and not sure if there are any retreats or gatherings planned. Customer response system is kind of complicated and over engineered.
