IFTF is full of young, talented, and smart people. You have the opportunity to work hands on with a ton different clients in various industries, or try your hand at building a internal project from scratch. You get a lot of room to grow and shape your career.
Cons
It's very fast paced and it's a growing agency so while you get direction, there aren't a lot of set processes in place to follow. You've really got to work hard to bring your ideas to the table and implement them successfully.
