      Pay starts high because there are no other rewarding parts of the job.

      Cons

      You're a monkey. Little to no training. 100% negative reinforcement. There are two kinds of employees....aged veterans and newbies. Nothing in between because nobody stays. All cliqued out, everyone talks behind everyone's back. A pervasively negative culture.

      The other installers are super cool and are great guys to work with.

      Cons

      This is by far one of the worst companies I've ever worked for. The office is full of incompetence and everything will be blamed on the installers and techs. They do not care about you.
