Where do i start? There are too many cons. - There is a big confusion over the FrontStream branding... - Rebranding was done poorly by incompetent teams with no experience whatsoever. - Terrible reputation in social media... - Marketing needs to step up their game rather than just spending their time on Facebook & Twitter. - The rate of employees leaving is higher than new employees joining. We have more space than ever. - Lack of direction and strategy from Senior Management. Very inexperienced and have no understanding of the industry, much less run a company. Investors need to take note of this.. - Shift in direction every couple of months. This ain't a circus but treated like one. - Poor investment in employees and infrastructure. Management is clearly in this for a quick buck. - Below average benefits - Treat all employees in all locations equally. There shouldn't be a divide. - Teams do not work together. They all seemed to work in silo.
