Genuinely autonomous environment where GTM ideas get heard and shipped fast. Leadership is accessible and the founders are deeply involved. The product space (AI agent governance/identity) is timely and the team is sharp and collaborative. Lots of room to own projects end-to-end and see direct impact, which is rare. Strong learning curve if you want it.

Startup pace means priorities shift quickly, so you need comfort with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats. Processes are still maturing in some areas, which can mean building things from scratch. Not ideal if you prefer a highly structured, slow-and-steady environment.
