Pros
This is a nice company with interesting tech stack and fun colleagues to work with. Since it was a startup there is still that vibe but it's fading away more and more. With the introduction of some investors, merge/acquisition and strict business, rules and hierarchy layers, things have started to become less fun. But on the other hand, more structure removes the stress. There are some people who are good at what they are doing and from which you can learn a lot. The pressure was ok, there is no push to deliver the solution that could compromise the quality. There is a constant effort to introduce procedures, best practices and thus increase the quality and stability of the product. The HR department is something to write home about, they are really going above and beyond to everything imaginable for you.
Cons
A lot of changes, a lot of turnovers creates a feeling of chaos. Also, the constant lack of enough people and business request generated poor on-boarding process. There are a lot of applications and technologies, with different sub-parts of the system some of which are decent and other are a total mess.
