Cons
Upper management doesn't listen to Verizon employees. From day one Frontier did not take into consideration Verizon's business model on how it designed, deployed, provisioned, billed, maintained and monitored its network. Not taking the time to understand the Verizon business model was a grave mistake by management. I was no long-time Verizon employee upset because another company came in and changed the tools and processes, I was a fairly new employee. I was able to see how effective the local team was and could see the massive changes taking place were a recipe for disaster. I said to myself when I left that if the company continued its current management methods the company would be bankrupt in 3-4 years.
