Pros
You have the potential to make good money and you do have the opportunity to advance within. My manager, supervisor, and the VP are always available to assist in any way they can for the good of the employess and the customers.
Cons
The job is not just a 8am -5pm job, which i was told when hired, but in order to do my job effectively and to look outthe whats best for the customer I do work late hours and some weekend hours to stay caught up.
