Pros
I have worked for several major companies including JC Penney, Ritz Camera, AV Washington and the WT Grant Company. I have worked in industries varying from restaurant and hospitality, Construction, car sales, outside sales, and retail. Of all of these experiences I appreciate my employment with Frontier Communication the most. I find the pay to be excellent, the benefits are good, and the company progressive and forward-moving. I work with awesome people and have great supervisors. Several years ago my sister was terminally ill and I needed to be with her. When I asked for the time off, not knowing how much time I would need, my supervisor approved and said, "Don't worry, just do what you need to do." When I returned to work I discovered that I was eligible for paid grievance time. I enjoy my job and I enjoy the people I work with. That is why I'm still here.
Cons
Like any growing company, progressive change is inevitable. This presents challenges but I feel any employee who truly cares about the company they work for should adapt to these changes and contribute in any way they can.
