Pros

A good deal of the employees are genuinely doing their best to keep the lights one and are a delight to work with.

Cons

No upward mobility, no accountability, no resources, poor management. Unorganized and poor working conditions. Months without toilet paper or soap in the main occupied office. Too many to list.

Verizon bought the company. Let everyone go a couple months after buying us out.
