      Give you decent base and guaranteed commission for first 3 months

      Cons

      Unrealistic quota, all territories have been hit hard by 3rd parties and other companies. You have to fight for every sale even technicians have incentives to sell. Have had sales canceled and rewritten by other associates in company. Micro managed
